5Cs Project
CLIENT - BELFAST CITY COUNCIL
The 5Cs project was a public realm improvement scheme aiming to enhance several areas within Belfast. The improvements will include street art, creative lighting, soft landscaping, street furniture and improved paving. The project’s intended outcome is to contribute positively to the economic, environmental and social vitality of the areas, encourage businesses into these areas and create more attractive civic spaces. Daisy Chain was the project manager for the street art component, which was the first step in this scheme and will lay the groundwork for the future. BCC’s next phase is a new lighting scheme, which will be designed to highlight each piece and enhance visibility and safety in the areas.
